Complex Turistic Max International

I liked the location, the fact that they have multiple parking spots, we never had problems with parking. They have this inner courtyard that is very nice and you can sit outside in a small bar area. The personnel was very friendly and forthcoming. I didn't have high expectations because of the reviews I read, but it was quite a nice and comfortable room with a little balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. They have 24hr reception area. You have to ask for the TV remote if it's not in the room and also if you want the room cleaned you have to ask for it specifically. The hotel is close to one of the main roads in Rasnov and there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. There is also a bus stop pretty close to the hotel. The citadel is about 35mins walking distance.

Our group of 5 spent only 1 night in there and enjoyed our time. Clean and spacious rooms. It was a bit noisy probably because of the restaurant in the interior courtyard, but they stopped at around 11pm. Food is also very good.

Good location, very nice and helpful staff. The restaurant was also good with live music.

The hospitality in this hotel make you feel like at home. Good value price vs quality. We was a group of friends and spent a very nice weekend here.
